| CdR is a company that carries out applied research projects in cybernetics, data communication and chemical sectors, with experience in development of systems for human and veterinary clinics. Today CdR applies this special know-how to the product instruments and reagents for the quality control of foods, setting up extremely reliable testing systems.
The philosophy behind CDR's activity is based on a constant research of innovative solutions, capable of combining the innovative spirit with a high technological content of the final product.
The company has three research centers: Ginestra Fiorentina, for the analysis and the creation of the systems; Arezzo, for Biochemical and Cytogenetical studies; Florence, where the multimedia devices are realized by our subsidiary company MediaRed. |

| The method |

CDR adopts a work method that encourages the expansion of interdisciplinary researches and constantly combines analysis of the systems with solutions derived directly from researches conducted in its laboratories.
The implementation of this method gives birth to products that have characteristics of a complex system, that unites generally Biochemistry, Telematics, Robotics, and microelectronics.
The researches have helped in the development of systems and planning solutions of relevant importance, for the innovative technological content, which CDR has patented world wide.
The interdisciplinary nature of the researches made possible the realization of products in different sectors of which: Telematics, haematologics, cytogenetics and multimedia natured, all heterogeneous among themselves but bound by a common aim of realizing solutions with transfer of technology method combined with innovative ideas. |

The qualitative level of the designing phase and the inspection of all the productive processes have enabied the participation in important programs with national and international partners of absolute relevance.
This team of professionals (whose first group was formed in the sixties) which constitute presentiy CDR and MEDIARED, collaborated in the designing and production of projects with NATO, with MILITARY CORPORATIONS, and with companies as: FIAT, AUTOSTRADE, OLIVETTI, ENEL, NCR, FERROVIE DELLO STATO, SCLAVO, HOSPITEX DIAGNOSTICS, MENARINI, FERRERO, PARMALAT.
Within the sphere of these collaborations, quality control systems have been produced for major food companies, such as Parmalat and Ferrero, for the quality control of their products. |
